Hi team,
I’m a student, and about a month ago I used a school-provided coupon to try Lovable.
Despite this, on Dec 15 I was still charged $25 via Amazon Pay for a Pro subscription, which is extremely concerning.
What makes this worse is that my account has remained on the Free Plan the entire time, and I never received any Pro benefits after the charge.
I’ve tried to cancel the subscription, but there is no clear or accessible way for me to do so, and support has not provided a valid cancellation path.
Lovable support has already acknowledged via email that I was charged but did not receive Pro access, yet I’m being redirected to community support instead of human billing support.
This is a billing and service delivery issue, not a usage question.
