Just lost hundreds of credits!

i Lovable team,
I just upgraded my account from the Business plan to the Pro plan ($25/month) today (October 28, 2025).
The payment of $25 (≈ 21,60€) was successfully processed (see attached screenshots and Stripe receipt).
However, my credits have not been updated — I’m still showing 8.2/105 credits remaining, instead of 100 monthly credits as mentioned in the Pro plan.
Can you please fix this and ensure my credits are reset correctly for the new plan?

Chances are you didn’t switch to a plan with more credits, thus why you wouldn’t have received any. Please contact official support

Hello, I’m facing an issue with missing credits in my account. Last Friday, I had more than 650 credits, but now I can see only 4 credits remaining. I checked my recent usage but couldn’t find anything unusual, and I haven’t done any extra work from my side. My billing cycle renews on the 21st of every month. Could you please help me understand what happened to the lost credits?

Hi, my remaining credits is gone but the subscription said it will expire today dec 27, I thought I had all day before I can resub again. Now 2 months worth of remaining credits was wasted. Is there any way I can appeal and get the credits back? I was planning on resubbing today.
