I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding a serious billing and credit issue with my account. This situation is unbelievably unacceptable, and quite frankly, I feel completely deceived by your platform.
On December 7th, I purchased a plan for $50, which is supposed to include 200 credits. However, upon checking my account today, I see that my credit balance is already zero.
To be absolutely clear: I have barely used the service since then.
For my entire credit balance of 200 to be wiped out in such a short time without any significant usage is outrageous. This is not the level of service or transparency I expect from Lovable.
I request that you investigate my usage logs immediately. I expect my full balance of 200 credits to be restored to my account without delay. If this cannot be resolved immediately, I request a full refund of my $50 payment. Your billing is extremely complex
I await your prompt response and a resolution to this error.

yes i have just experienced this..this is ridiculous, and crazy.

i sent this email to them..and no response..having raised all this money and getting paid customer, they cant even freaking resolve it
i am also amazed that suddenly there is absolutely no response from Lovable..it is like sending an email, messages to a black hole
glad to see this is not just me. Update: I purchased a new plan since then, they refunded me but took all my credits (basically ignored my recent transaction and didn’t help. Still deserve 100$ back but they don’t respond)
