Is there a faster way to reach support? I have invested 1500$ in lovable credits approx in less than 2 months (5 weeks to be precise) and its not a small amount for me where i am coming from. I have literally received zero support the day i started using it and as i keep on getting more and more invested its hard to function with zero support.
Not asking anything major like UX UI ideas or specific project related stuff, only when something is truly broken.
At this point i have been working 16 hrs a day and my work is totally dependant on lovable. This is highly demotivating.

Hey carol may i ask a few questions?
- If we connect the external supabase to git repo we are not a part of lovable editor after that are we? Or we can use lovable as before?
- Can i make a blank project inside lovable, connect it to external supabase, push the repo back to this new project and ask lovable to reconstruct it if it doesn’t get it working as is? Will that work?
- If i have own supabase connected to lovable project do i get same seamless integration like i get with lovable cloud? (Ai making tables and stuff for me)

Yes, that’s exactly the migration workaround. create new blank project, connect your own Supabase first, then import your code from GitHub. Lovable will pick it up.

Yes! and if you want to keep using Lovable AI you can do that too no need to switch to OpenAI APIs or anything else if you don’t want to.

I have been learning a lot. I have done some crazy learning. I am not intimidated by hard-work or learning. Only thing that saddens me is platform limitation. Thank you so much for your help and kind words. I can finally go to sleep at ease knowing the next morning will be hopeful

is krea university an eligible university
@AmbitiousElephant351 try lovable support from there actual site for this, some university’s are harder to confirm pretty sure that’s all.
Same issue happened to me but I have two student emails and was able to get in with my FIU email.
I think like local community colleges have trouble with eligibility.
Lovable is not available in Russia anymore
